Running a hypnotherapy practice can be incredibly rewarding but it can also feel isolating and overwhelming at times.
Whether you are newly qualified, building your client base or looking to grow your practice further, supervision and mentoring can provide valuable support, guidance and perspective.
I offer clinical supervision and business mentoring for hypnotherapists, helping you feel more confident in your work while developing a sustainable and successful practice.
Clinical Supervision
Supervision provides a safe and supportive space to:
- Discuss client work and case studies
- Reflect on your practice
- Develop your skills and confidence as a therapist
- Ensure ethical and professional standards are maintained
Supervision is not only a professional requirement for many therapists, but also an opportunity to learn, reflect and grow within your practice.
Sessions are available individually or in groups.
Mentoring & Business Support
Building a hypnotherapy practice involves much more than simply working with clients.
Mentoring sessions focus on the business side of running a practice, including:
- Building and growing your client base
- Marketing and social media
- Developing confidence in your practice
- Structuring your diary and sessions
- Creating a sustainable and balanced business
Having someone to bounce ideas off and offer guidance can make a huge difference while running your own practice.
I built my own practice from scratch with no external support, so I understand the challenges that come with self-employment and growing a therapy business.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Sessions and Fees:
PAYG:
1:1 (60 minute session)- £65
Group session (up to 3 hours)- £50. Group sessions run three times a month on Monday mornings, Friday mornings and alternating Tuesday evenings/ Sunday mornings.
Monthly Subscription– £40 a month (paid by standing order) which includes either one 1:1 40 min session OR access to one group supervision session per month. You can alternate and choose which you’d like to do each month.

About the Course
Whether you have recently graduated, have been qualified a while and need a kickstart in your business or are looking to make the leap over to full time practice then this CPD is for you.
This CPD will cover everything that you need to know about building and growing a successful hypnotherapy practice. You will leave with a clear vision of how you want your practice to run, your target audience, marketing strategies and the necessary steps needed to take in order to achieve this.
You will better understand how to market yourself as a therapist and build a referral network. You will gain confidence in setting up and/or running your practice and leave feeling ready to conquer the world of self employment!

Planning and Running Group Talks and Presentations CPD

About the Course
This CPD will enable you to deliver talks and presentations with confidence, develop new and exciting ways of marketing yourself, and reach out to different audiences.
Course content:
Building further on the course content from module 10, the CPD will support hypnotherapists with confident delivery of talks, presentations and workshops as well as the marketing involved with these. In this CPD we will cover everything that you need to know when it comes to planning, preparing and delivering engaging content for a group talk or presentation.
- The different groups of people and businesses who may require talks and how to contact them.
- What content to include and how to differentiate depending on the audience.
- The difference between face to face and online presentations.
- Confidence when delivering.
- Marketing yourself.
- Questioning skills and audience participation.
- How to include guided relaxations and appropriate language patterns.
- You will leave with some materials to support with creating your own talks and presentations.
Objectives:
- Understand how to plan and deliver a talk/ presentation to a group of people.
- Understand how to market group talks and presentations.
- Differentiate content for different audiences.
- Develop confidence with public speaking.
- Learn basic questioning skills and how to facilitate audience participation.
