‘Back to feeling like me again’
I had sessions with Katie after lockdown took it’s toll. I was struggling to sleep, everything was upside down and I felt like I’d lost my mojo. I also wanted to sort out a few things that were niggling away in my head. I’m quite resilient generally but I felt that it was time to call upon someone that could help me to step back and focus on making positive changes both physically and emotionally. I do it all the time at work - bring in the professionals when you need them - so why not do it for your own wellbeing? I liked Katie’s scientific approach and the focus on solutions / positive actions for change. Simple techniques that I now apply each day have made a huge difference.
