I decided to try hypnotherapy with Katie as I have always struggled with insomnia and anxiety. In my initial consultation Katie explained how our brains work, why we feel stress and anxiety and how future sessions were going to work. Even after this first session I began to understand how and why I felt the way I did and this was such a relief. Katie has helped me to understand my feelings and thought processes and this in turn has helped me to make progress in addressing my sleep and anxiety problems. Katie is calm and reassuring, you can tell she genuinely loves what she does and in turn this makes you feel at ease from the beginning.
